As our first blog post for our new website, Revoco, we wanted to talk about our brand new Vol. 2 Strength Program we made! After hearing so many great responses from the first strength program we made, we felt it was a must to make an even better, more in depth, and advanced program for our clientele!
This 12 week program has many NEW key features such as an RPE chart explaining how RPE works and how to use it, as well as core stability, mobility exercises and so much more! The main goal of this program is to help increase your one rep max on the three main lifts; squat, bench, and deadlift.
How this new strength program differs from our Vol. 1 program is the additional deload week we have incorporated to help with recovery time and ensure that your body gets the proper rest before continuing to gain strength. With the added RPE chart, this will guarantee that you will be getting the most out of your lifts and pushing your body to its utmost potential during each training session.
We are super excited to continue making new programs for our clientele, potentially new clothing in the future, and are overall so motivated and dedicated to helping others become happier, healthier versions of themselves!
