My Story
My name is Caleb Butler. I am 23 years old and a St. Paul, Minnesota native. I grew up as a highly athletic kid, participating in my family’s youth circus program as well as a competitive hockey and soccer player and an avid snowboarder. But I also was experimenting with drugs and alcohol as a teen and hit a brick wall by my freshman year in college.
Fast forward and today a large part of my identity is a recovering addict and alcoholic approaching four years of being clean and sober. My sobriety journey began at 6:00am on August 24th, 2017, waking up to a planned family intervention. Extremely hung over, I listened as my family shared their heartbreaking stories of watching me spiral out of control. I was given a choice in that moment of packing my bags and moving out or departing for a three-month wilderness treatment program in North Carolina.
I knew that I needed to turn my life around, that deep down I wanted to do better for myself and for my family; I decided to face my fears and the unknown road ahead of me. Two hours later I was off to a therapeutic wilderness program in the Blue Ridge mountains on a journey of self-discovery.
The three months I spent in the mountains, reconnecting with myself and with nature were life changing and transformed me, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Since my return, I have embraced sobriety, graduated with a degree in Exercise Science, achieved my NASM certification and focused my life on emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness through exercise, a healthy diet, mindfulness and helping others.
The focus of our business REVOCO is to support clients to become healthier, happier versions of themselves and to empower transformation through mind, body, and soul.

My Story
My name is Lacey Jimosse, I am 23 years old and I am California-born but
Minnesota-raised. During my adolescence, I wasn't raised in a household where fitness and nutrition were taught; my mom was a single mom with three kids, took care of my ill grandmother and worked two jobs -- so I had to learn through trial and error, and a lot of mistakes.
I don't recall a time where I didn't struggle with my weight and body image. From being overweight as a child to growing into a young woman and realizing the pressures women have on their bodies placed by society, I was always hyper aware of my appearance and how it differed from my peers.
I started forming an unhealthy relationship with food and my body in middle school, and it worsened after my grandmother passed away and I became severely depressed. I lost a significant amount of weight, nearly fifty pounds, and suffered from an eating disorder that no one but my close family was aware of.
This uphill battle continued for several years into high school, and it wasn't until I decided to get a gym membership near the end of my senior year that I realized I was tired of the voice in my head belittling me everyday.
I slowly started to learn how to love every dimple, every curve, every scar, every stretch mark, and it was a process that took patience, and a lot of self reflection. Through strength training and pushing myself to be my best during the hardest sessions, I fell in love with fitness and, in turn, myself.
Over the past couple years, I have had a mental shift and I want to help other people start their journey into becoming the best and healthiest versions of themselves not only physically but mentally, spiritually and emotionally as well. By avidly training, staying committed to a healthy diet, and helping others, I hope to inspire others to do the same.
